rainfall shower buffet selection amazing staff
the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i liked that breakfast had a great selection at the buffet. the staff helped with luggage and brought it to the rooms (lukas from switzerland was amazing).
i noticed the service decreased quickly after i settled in.

The gym has apples available for free. It also include earphones that guest use! I really enjoyed the super attentive staff there. The restaurants were great. I thought our suite was really special.

the gym had some nice accessories i could use. towels and earphones were available for free, as well as apples. our suite was also amazing. the staff was super attentive, always offering help.
breakfast had a very small selection. coffee that was served, it was cold. service at the reception was not transparent. it was unfriendly too.

the fabulous king room on the 21st floor offered a fantastic view. the room was comfortable (i especially liked the spacious shower). quality furnishings completed the experience.

My room featured great views (especially from the higher floors). the shower was spacious and i had quality furnishings. the front desk staff offered very efficient check-in service. They were helpful and friendly. anna was very helpful to resolve room allocation concerns.
the hallway sometimes had food and dirty dishes sitting out all day.
