the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i liked that breakfast had a great selection at the buffet. the staff helped with luggage and brought it to the rooms (lukas from switzerland was amazing).
i noticed the service decreased quickly after i settled in.

My room featured great views (especially from the higher floors). the shower was spacious and i had quality furnishings. the front desk staff offered very efficient check-in service. They were helpful and friendly. anna was very helpful to resolve room allocation concerns.
the hallway sometimes had food and dirty dishes sitting out all day.
